Exchange Policy
At House of Turban, your satisfaction is very important to us. Every hijab and turban is prepared with care, and because these are personal apparel items, we cannot accept returns or refunds. To keep things simple and fair, we offer exchanges only in specific cases.
Eligibility Exchanges are accepted if:
Your item arrives defective or damaged, or You receive the wrong color, style, or size
Requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.
Any item showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, or makeup will not be accepted.
How It Works
Contact us at hturbans@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note or photo of the issue.
Once approved, please ship the item back within 2 business days of approval, unless otherwise agreed.
After inspection, we’ll process your exchange within 3–4 business days of receiving the item.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost and provide a prepaid return label.
Final Sale Items
All items are final sale unless they meet the exchange conditions above.
For hygiene reasons, white and very light-colored hijabs cannot be exchanged unless defective on arrival.
