1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 or have parental consent to use the Site. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities under it.

2. Product Information, Colors & Availability
We carefully curate fabrics and photograph products to reflect true color and texture; however, actual colors may vary by screen or lighting. Items may sell out quickly, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing at any time.

3. Pricing, Promotions & Errors
Prices are shown in USD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Promotional codes may have restrictions or end dates and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event of a typographical, pricing, or availability error, we may cancel or adjust the order and will notify you.

4. Order Acceptance & Verification
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or refuse it at our discretion. We may require address or identity verification to prevent fraud. If we cancel, we’ll refund the original payment method.

5. Payment & Taxes
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. You are responsible for applicable taxes at checkout.

6. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery
We currently ship to the United States and Canada in accordance with our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is delivered to the shipping address you provide.

7. Exchanges & Final Sale
Due to hygiene standards, hijabs, turbans, and undercaps are final sale unless defective. Please review our [Exchange Policy] for details. White and light-colored hijabs cannot be exchanged unless defective.

8. User Content (Reviews, Photos, Social Tags)
If you post a review, submit photos, or tag us on social media, you grant House of Turban a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, repost, and use that content for marketing (with attribution to your handle where feasible). You confirm you own or have rights to the content you share.

9. Intellectual Property
All Site content, product photos, and branding are owned by House of Turban or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
