Shipping Policy

At House of Turban, every order is prepared with care and shipped directly from our U.S. studio. We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

United States Shipping
Flat Rate Standard Shipping – $5.90 (3–7 business days).
Free Standard Shipping – on all orders $70+.
Expedited & Express Options – available at checkout for an additional cost (calculated by the carrier).
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped.

Canada Shipping
The shipping cost for Canadian orders is calculated at checkout according to package weight, size, and destination. No flat-rate fee applies. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary by carrier and location, but typically range from 7–14 business days depending on customs processing.

Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please email us at hturbans@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once a label has been created, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier scans to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, House of Turban is not responsible for loss or theft.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with filing a claim with the carrier.
